This is a list of farms selling directly to the public, or smaller distributors who specialize in a certain type of product.
- Eat Wild - A searchable database of more than 1,100 pasture-based farms, with more farms being added each week. It is the most comprehensive source for grass-fed meat and dairy products in the United States and Canada. Eatwild Criteria: Producers listed on Eatwild certify that they meet their exacting criteria, assuring that the farms' animals and the land are well-treated, that their products are exceptionally high in nutrition and free of antibiotics and added hormones.Many farms are organically certified; others lack certification but follow organic standards. Eatwild recommends that you visit your supplier to make sure that the farm satisfies your own criteria. They do not have the resources for a third-party verification of the farmers’ claims.Featured products include:
